Welcome to 888hh. By accessing or using any service available on the platform — including Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, blackjack, and Live Casino — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services of 888hh. Continued use of the platform following any updates to this document constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

888hh reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant update will be communicated via the registered email address and will be available on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an update constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account at 888hh and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years old completed as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil or be located in Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program on any betting platform.
• Not be an employee, partner, contractor, or immediate family member of an 888hh employee.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on an official document, a valid CPF, date of birth, an active email address, and a Brazilian mobile number with area code. The 888hh reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification.

A 888hh carries out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as part of the registration process and prior to releasing the first withdrawal. This process may include a request for a photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and confirmation of ownership of the registered Pix key. Verification is completed once and does not restrict access to the platform while it is in progress.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — secure, and for all activity that takes place on your account. The 888hh strongly recommends using unique, hard-to-guess passwords and enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings.

If you suspect unauthorized access, have lost your password, or believe your account security has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via the live chat available 24 hours a day in Portuguese. The 888hh is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.

Your account information can be updated at any time through the account dashboard. Changes to your CPF, date of birth, or full name require official documentation and are subject to review by the compliance team before being processed.

888hh reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to accounts under investigation for suspicious activity, including but not limited to multiple failed login attempts, access from IP addresses inconsistent with the user's history, or unusual betting patterns that may indicate platform misuse.

A 888hh accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods available to users in Brazil:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Instant processing.
• Bank slip — processed within up to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Credit and debit card — major card brands accepted. Instant processing.
• PicPay — processed instantly upon confirmation.
• Mercado Pago — processed instantly upon confirmation.
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions. Processing within 1 business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 via Pix. The minimum amount may vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are processed in Brazilian reais (R$) — the 888hh does not accept foreign currencies or perform currency conversion.

A 888hh does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by the user's bank or digital wallet are the sole responsibility of the user. Deposits suspected of money laundering or financing of illegal activities will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

Real-money withdrawals (excluding bonus funds) may be requested at any time after your identity verification (KYC) process is complete. The primary withdrawal method is Pix, with processing within up to 5 minutes after the request is approved.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys held by the account owner — the same CPF registered with 888hh. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

A 888hh may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above certain limits as part of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. This process does not constitute a withdrawal refusal and will be resolved by the compliance team within 48 hours.

A 888hh offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, accumulator boosts, and tournaments with credit prizes. Each promotion has its own specific terms that supplement these general rules and take precedence over them in the aspects they govern.

The general rules that apply to all 888hh bonuses are:

• One welcome bonus per CPF, per email address, and per device.
• Your bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately in your account.
• Bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirements, minimum odds, and eligible markets described in each promotion.
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically forfeited with no replacement.
• A 888hh reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted as a result of a technical error or fraud, returning any real-money balance to the user.
• Withdrawals requested before the rollover requirement is met will result in the automatic cancellation of any remaining bonus balance.

The weekly 10% cashback on net losses is calculated every Thursday at 11:59 PM and automatically credited by Friday at noon. Cashback credits have no mandatory rollover and can be withdrawn directly. Net losses are calculated as settled losing bets minus winnings, excluding deposits or withdrawals for the period.

For tournaments at 888hh, participation is automatic for users who meet the criteria of the active promotion. The leaderboard is updated in real time and prizes are distributed within up to 24 hours after each tournament ends.

Sports Betting at 888hh cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and more), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. Specific rules for each sport and market are available in the rules section within the platform.

General rules applicable to all Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled or changed by the user after confirmation.
• Results are settled based on official data from the relevant organization, federation, or governing body for each sport.
• If an event is canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or does not take place, all related bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance.
• If only part of an event does not take place (such as a canceled bout on an MMA card), only the bet on that specific part is voided — all other bets remain valid.
• A 888hh may suspend bet acceptance at any time before an event begins, without prior notice.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — except live bets explicitly marked as such — may be voided.

Cash out — the early settlement of live bets — is available on most real-time betting markets. The cash out value is calculated automatically based on the current odds at the time of the request and may be lower or higher than your original stake. The 888hh reserves the right to temporarily suspend cash out during technical instability or unusual odds movements.

The casino games available at 888hh — including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, and live casino — are provided by suppliers certified by independent testing laboratories such as eCOGRA and Gaming Labs International. The random number generation (RNG) algorithms are regularly audited to ensure genuinely random outcomes.

By using 888hh casino games, you acknowledge that:

• Casino games are games of chance — outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled by the player.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is shown in the game description before you start playing.
• Game sessions in demo or free-play mode do not generate real winnings or accumulate points in tournaments.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 888hh and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance retention for review, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's details to open an account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting errors, technical glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated scripts, data extraction software, or any tool that alters normal interaction with the platform.
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or improperly exploit promotions.
• Reselling, assigning, or transferring your account to a third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your real location in order to bypass platform restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward members of the 888hh support team.

A 888hh continuously monitors behavioral patterns and reserves the right to close suspicious accounts without prior notice when there is sufficient evidence of any prohibited conduct listed above, or of conduct not listed but recognized as harmful to the integrity of the platform.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through the 888hh. Upon account closure, any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key, following standard security checks. Any uncompleted bonus balance is automatically cancelled.

A 888hh may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Self-exclusion request for responsible gambling purposes.
• Court order or regulatory requirement.
• More than 24 months of inactivity with no recorded activity on the account.

In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, the 888hh reserves the right to hold account balances for review for as long as necessary to complete any investigation. Balances resulting from proven fraudulent activity will not be returned.

The services of 888hh are provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted availability. 888hh will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures.

A 888hh is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the user's connection failure during game sessions or live betting.
• Betting decisions made by the user based on incorrect information from sources outside the platform.
• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Withdrawal delays caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance at partner financial institutions.

The maximum liability of 888hh to any user under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

A 888hh handles its users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018). The data collected is used solely for account operation, payment processing via Pix and other methods, compliance with regulatory obligations, and service improvement.

You have the following rights over your personal data, which you may exercise at any time through the 888hh support channel:

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved directly between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.
